NLT Alpha Sniper is provided for research and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Nothing produced by this software should be treated as a signal to commit real funds to any position.

Paper Trading Simulation

NLT Alpha Sniper is a paper trading tool. It simulates trades using real market data but does not execute real transactions or move real funds. Simulated results do not reflect actual trading outcomes and carry no guarantee of future performance.

Historical paper trade results shown on this website and within the application are logged without cherry-picking — wins, losses, rugs, and timeouts are all included. They represent simulated performance only.

Signal Delivery

The optional Telegram signal bot delivers research signals based on rules configured by you — TP, SL, and momentum thresholds you set in your own config file. These signals are informational only.

Acting on any signal is entirely your decision and at your own risk. NoLaptopTrades accepts no liability for losses incurred from acting on any signal delivered by this software.

Data Collection & Sharing

Free tier users contribute anonymized trade simulation data to the NLT aggregate dataset. This data contains trade outcomes and entry conditions only. No personal information, no API keys, and no wallet addresses are ever transmitted.

Paid tier users may opt out of data sharing via config.json but will lose access to aggregate network analytics as a result.

The following information is collected when using the license system or Telegram bot:

• Telegram user ID and username — for trial and paid key delivery
• Email address — for paid purchases via Gumroad only

This data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and used solely for license delivery and support. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

What We Never Collect

• API keys — stored locally on your device only, never transmitted
• Wallet addresses
• Real trading activity or fund balances
• Any data from your local machine beyond trade simulation outcomes

Use of this software is entirely at your own risk. By installing or running NLT Alpha Sniper you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
