NLT Alphas runs on a Samsung A31 with a cracked screen, the same phone it was built on, still running the pipeline today. No laptop. No server rack. No cloud IDE. Just Termux, Python, and a working internet connection.

The name is the proof of concept.

Two projects live here, built by one person, on the same idea, if something works under real constraints, it is built right.

Alphas is a Solana paper trading pipeline. It monitors graduating tokens, filters for quality setups, scores entry conditions across 12 signals, and simulates every trade. No real funds move. Every outcome is recorded and published. The tagline is Assess before you commit, that is the whole philosophy.

Nanana is an attempt at building AI infrastructure differently. Instead of one big model doing everything, it runs small focused models on top of a shared layer that handles memory, routing, and logging, all on consumer hardware, nothing in the cloud. A research paper came out of it first. Components are being released as they become stable enough to share.

Both projects are open source.

Every trade Alphas simulates is logged, take profits, stop losses, rugs, and timeouts. Nothing is filtered out before the results are published. The simulator page on this site shows the full dataset.

If the strategy underperforms, it shows. That is the point. The data exists to be studied, not to sell a fantasy.

The same principle carries into Nanana, the whole reason for building observable infrastructure is so that when something goes wrong, you can see where and why. Not guess.
